Manchester City to BATTLE Paris St-Germain for Manchester United target Paul Pogba

MANCHESTER CITY will have to go to war with Europe's biggest spenders to land Paul Pogba.
Paris St-Germain have dramatically entered the race for the Juventus midfielder and will meet the Serie A side's £70m price tag.
City are also ready to meet their demands but face a tug-of-war with the Ligue 1 side as well as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United for one of world football's hottest properties.
Pogba, 22, is believed to favour a move to Spain to one of the La Liga giants.
But Real have yet to decide if they will stump up the £70m needed plus wages in excess of £200,000-a-week the France international is demanding.
Barcelona are under a transfer embargo and cannot sign anybody until January - although they are hoping the ban will be lifted.

PSG and City are prepared to meet Pogba's wage demands but it could end up in a bidding war with the player.
City have had the financial shackles loosened after UEFA relaxed its Financial Fair Play rules which limited their spending.
But it has also worked in favour of PSG, who are bankrolled by Qatar Sports Investments and they are ready to spend big this summer.
City are keen to land the player even though their main intention this summer is to bolster the number of English stars at the club as they looked to seal deals for Raheem Sterling and Jack Wilshere.
But Samir Nasri insists he is staying put at City despite the club's pursuit of Pogba, Wilshere and Sterling.
The 27-year-old plans to report back for duty next month after recovering from the knee injury which ended a miserable season at the start of May.
He said: "The club is going to invest, I think, in new players.
"Who we need is a question for the manager but if we want to be competitive in every competition I think we need to strengthen in every area a little bit.
